The Day of Your Cleaning Service
Before our tech arrives we ask the home owner/s to please clear room/space around all vents, returns and furnaces to allow our techs to access them with their equipment. Our techs do not require a lot of space just enough to stand above or just below the vents. If your Furnace room is being used as a storage room please clear the items as to allow the techs to access the furnace and mains.
When the tech arrives at your home he/she will ask you to show them around the house and help them by pointing out all of the vents returns and furnaces in your home. After being shown where everything is the tech will then perform an inspection of your system.
The tech will then present to you a few different quotes based on industry standards of what your system/systems might need to fully sanitize your air system. All of the quotes are optional, our techs do not pressure home owners to purchase anything.
